Trying to distance yourself from Google? Do you know that you change your Safari’s default search engine from Google into other search engines – which also works as good as Google? Don’t fret, if you don’t know here’s how you can do so.

Here’s how to change Safari default search engine from Google into other search engine

1) Go to Settings > Safari.

2) Tap on Search Engine. You can choose between: Google (default), Yahoo, Bing, DuckDuckGo and Ecosia. My own recommendation would be either DuckDuckGo or Ecosia – both are open-source browser. I am personally using Ecosia right now on my Safari.

3) Now open Safari. Type something on the address bar then it will be no longer Google which return the search result.

As much as I want to share everything for free, unfortunately the domain and hosting used to host all these articles are not free. That’s the reason I need the ads running to offset the cost. While I won’t force you to see the ads, but it will be great and helpful if you are willing to turn off the ad-blocker while seeing this site.
